Never mind. I was tried install on the Mac MAMP there is no php_zip. Now everything is good.

Did you manage to configure paths? At what stage does this error occur? You can try replacing all the folders in the public install folder with the folders from the package I attached. This is the updated installer which has better error reporting.

Now I have this error
File "Zend\Db\Adapter\Mysql.php" does not exist or class "Zend_Db_Adapter_Mysql" was not found in the file
and
SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'ca.users' doesn't exist

Can you please explain what you did, not just post the error. For the Mysql "file does not exist" error I am assuming you typed Mysql manually in the config.ini file because there is no such file in the library folder.

Hooray I finally installed Cahaya cms
The frontend works fine but the admin doesn't work
I can only see links to admin home page and log out link
