How to add or move bloks ??

I don't understand how to add a block in the rigth panel for exemple.
Feel free to tell me that I'm stupid.

You right click to get the menu then click add/move blocks. You open the folder of a module/template and then choose a block name which you then drag to the panel you wish.

Ok for the drag and drop method. It's cool.
But I still unsuccess to put a block in the right panel.
(and impossible to put login form anywhere)

Ok I think that I know what you mean. The layout is currently set up like this: left - center - right. But the page is made like two column layout: left - center with css. The right panel has a width of 0. First you have to change right column widht with "Edit page" and then click css tab there. Change the right panel to some width and you will be able to drag there. The same can be applied for login. Only there is only center panel which has width.
